Jessica is a Certified Life Care Planner and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. She has testified in district courts as well as for the Social Security Administration as a qualified Vocational Expert. Jessica has produced expert reports for worker's compensation, personal injury, long term disability, VA disability (TDIU), divorce law, and Social Security disability rebuttals.
Jessica earned her master's degree in rehabilitation counseling from The University of Kentucky, a post-graduate certificate in job development and job placement from The George Washington University, and her bachelor's degree in psychology from The American University.
Jessica lives in historic downtown New Bern with her husband and four children.
